【Job Description】

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design and development of microwave components;

2. Responsible for the design and development of microwave components in related product modules and system products, mainly focusing on microwave passive devices, including: filter, duplex, OMT, Coupler and other products;

3. For new products developed, complete their production conversion, optimize the process, cooperate with engineering and production departments to improve product productivity and reduce production costs;

4. Cooperate and support the sales department to carry out market technical support, cooperate and support the production implementation process, and assist to solve the technical problems in the production.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in communication, electronics, microwave, etc., fresh graduates from 211/985 are preferred;

2. Experience in microwave or waveguide components, such as waveguide diplexers, couplers and subsystem development is preferred;

Familiar with the communication industry, the principle design and application of communication equipment;

Familiar with R & D process, product process, strong quality control awareness;

5. Good English reading and writing skills, oral English communication is preferred;

6. Good team work, professional spirit and practical working attitude, good at communication;

7. Proficient in HFSS/ CST/ ADS/ AUTO CAD is preferred;

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design and development of RF passive products;

2. Responsible for the design and development of the passive parts of the related RF product modules and system products;

3. Design products such as filters, duplexers, couplers, combiner, antenna components, base station RF front-end subsystems, etc., with media product development experience is preferred;

4. For new products developed, complete their production conversion, optimize the process, cooperate with engineering and production departments to improve product productivity and reduce production costs;

5. Cooperate and support the sales department to carry out market technical support, cooperate and support the production implementation process, assist to solve the technical problems in the production.

Qualifications:

1. College/bachelor degree or above, major in communication or electronics;211/985 college graduates can be considered;

2. Have 1-2 years or above working experience in communication industry, familiar with communication equipment design and application, familiar with R & D process, product technology, have strong quality control consciousness;

Knowledge of vector network analyzer, signal source, signal analyzer (spectrum analyzer), power meter, oscilloscope and other instrument applications.Understand the principle of standing wave alarm, the principle of platform construction and testing, and the principle of LTE signal system;

4. Software requirement, familiar with candence or Altium designer PCB drawing software such as rf circuit design, can skilled use HFSS or CST coupler simulation design, the use of ADS rf circuit design and collaborative simulation design, the structure of rf cavity should have some understanding, can use Autocad for simple operation, can read three view drawing;

5. Independent development ability of mobile communication RF front end, devices and subsystems, independent or joint writing of technical documents or patents is preferred;

6. Good English reading and writing skills, oral communication in English is a plus.
