Pivotone has different production lines for different products, such as RF filter production lines, microwave filter production lines, dielectric filter production line, and so on. Further we have dedicated production lines for specific customers as agreed with customer depending on customer volume needs.

The production line is composed of process steps from assembly, preprocessing, surface treatment, temperature conditioning, tuning, testing, inspection, and packaging.

The production process is managed by MES (Manufacturing Executive System), ensuring product quality, traceability and efficiency.

Our engineering team is tasked to work on production automation together with outsource partners, to keep improve production efficiency while at the same time assure the production quality.

So Pivotone is well equipped to manufacture and deliver various filter products of high quality to our customers.
